First I must say the first time I started my herbalife routine I did in fact lose five whole pounds in the first week. Without much change to my regular routine. 2 shakes replaced my breakfast and lunch and whatever I wanted to have for dinner and in the second week I lost another 4 pounds. So, here I am down 9 pounds in only two weeks AND then I ran out.
Now why in the world did I let that happen. Once I ran out much like when all the food from your easy bake oven was gone it was a wrap I started my own program which didn't do anything but land me twenty more pounds on (the 9 I lost and 10 more) yup. I saw the scale inching up each day and I kept saying to myself I need to order more product. And with each day something else more important or more pressing came up and all the while I was stopping in at McDonalds (i know YUCK, but I love a Big Mac), Wendy's, and one of my favorites Sonice (That footlong hotdog is AMAZE). So here I am sitting at 190 pounds looking at myself in the mirrow and seeing just how WIDE I am. It sucks and all becaue I got sidetracked. So, this time before spending a dime on anything else I've purchase a two months of supply (yup I did). So now the challenge:
- 30 whole days following the strict routine of at least 2 shakes, 2 snacks and 1 good meal.
I know many of you may be thinking Herbalife doesn't really work and if it did why in the world would you have stopped. Well, you know life gets in the way sometimes and the bottom line is I was being REALLY stupid. Yes, we all do it from time to time. I'll be tracking my results here. And I'll show you just how much it really does work.
